A fully furnished research and development unit is an integral part of our company. This unit includes all the required tools and equipments that are managed by a team of competent R&D experts. They conduct a number of researches on the latest developments related to our product domain, PVC. The research activities are done on a continuous basis from time to time.

The result of researches are properly documented and digitally stored for future reference. Careful and extensive analysis is done on the gathered data on the following parameters:

• Overall efficiency
• Feasibility in accordance to our infrastructural facilities
• Approximation of the percentage of improvement of products and many more

In order to store products safely, we have developed well-furnished warehousing facility. This is spread in a sprawling area and has capacity to store 4000 units of products. It is segregated into number of sections for the ease of stocking and retrieval process of products. This unit is managed experienced team of professionals to ensure safe storage. They make sure that the properties of these products will not change.

 

We have with us an advanced manufacturing setup, which is spread over large areas of 2000 square feet. This unit is lashed with advanced technology and equipment and all activities are managed by highly proficient team of experts. Following facilities are installed at our manufacturing unit:

  All these facilities have helped us to fulfill the ever growing demands of our clients. The production capacity of this unit is 3000 units approximately.

We have with us a high-tech infrastructure that is fully equipped with all required machinery and equipment. This unit is accurately divided into number of segment such as production, unit, quality control unit, R&D unit and warehouse unit. Each unit is managed by experienced team of professionals, who are well-versed with dynamic requirements of our clients. Our infrastructure is continuously upgraded in accordance with the present technological advancement. All these facilities have allowed us to deliver superior quality products within stipulated time frame.

We have inhouse facility to match colours, UTM to test tensile , elongation and compression and FR testing facility.
